The hotel had a few drawbacks like being in a bad part of town, and the rooms were only on the bottom floor. However, the bedding was clean, even though the mattress was overly soft. The room wasn't ready or clean when we finally got access.

The location was convenient for getting to my daughter's wedding on time, but the area seemed a bit questionable with reports of drug activity and homelessness. The service was fantastic, with the staff being more than willing to switch our rooms promptly. However, the rooms were quite disappointing with issues like uncleanliness and maintenance issues.
